Veterans Memorial Park

My favourite playground in the area. It has lots of shade and there are good size equipment for toddlers to older kids. Has fences and gates so your kids would not accidentally run out to the street.Also has the water splash pad just across the street when it's the season. Restrooms are maintained moderately. Two covered picnic areas , plenty of open grass space for kids to run around.

What a beautiful park! I have a great grandson that loves to run, and sometimes he likes to take off but luckily for us the park is completely fenced so he can not head for the street he is fenced in which gives us the chance to catch him. The playground is fun and the facilities are all there for families to enjoy!

My son loves this park. Fully fenced in although people do forget to close them at times. Plenty of picnic tables available and open grassy areas for kids to run around and play in. The playground is toddler friendly. There's two bathrooms and a water fountain. A lot of the same parents and children frequent the park so my son's made some friends and I have too. Park repairs are made quickly when called in to park maintenance.

This quarter mile track is made of cushy recycled tires. They're are several pavilions, a playground and bathroom facilities along with the splash pad in the summer. Best of all, it's right across the street from Mill Pond with its trail and its splash pad. Plenty of parking for both parks

Excellent .25 mile walking trail with playground, picnic benches, and soon-to-come exercise equipment!
