I was helping a friend with Parkinson's disease pick up her car. I only interacted with one service person she was quite nice. She told us to take our time is we were having to shuffle phones and get them connected for GPS and all that. I thought it was really kind of her that she thanked me for taking care of my friend.

Paul was absolutely helpful, friendly, smart and confident, acknowledging everything that I needed and found the truck of my dreams; probably my last vehicle. Here he is standing next to my new wheels at Coggin, the day that I drove it away.
