Steak 'n Shake

Great place to get some grub. Easy accessibility and we'll lit. Lots of parking. All kiosks orders. Very easy to order. Affordable and lots of choices. Very tasty Lots of food. Great atmosphere. Kid friendly. Highly recommended

I was given a coupon for a free specialty milkshake because of my birthday. The instructions stated it was only redeemable AFTER 4pm. Arrived at 4:01pm today in the drive thru and a young lady scans code and closes window. Then a different lady with disgusting teeth comes back and yells “YOU CAME DURING HAPPY HOUR SO YOU CANT USE THIS IT’S ONLY 2.81!!” I calmly replied I was only following the instructions and that I didn’t care about the price if the coupon states FREE then that means 0 dollars and 0 cents. I shouldn’t expect to much from Steak ‘n Shake but no customer should be yelled at for a coupon you guys provided, do better ????????

We haven't been here for a couple of years so we wanted to try it again. it was definitely better than expected. You order your own food from a kiosk and they have self service drinks which I think is better, you can get a refill when you want.

1045 am and no one is there so I figured everything would be fresh because it’s suppose to be cooked to order. Everything was ice cold and the drive through lady was super rude and nasty. This was on 9/4

Ran through the drive thru today to grab a quick bite. It’s been. While since I was at a Steak and Shake. The food was good as expected and the customer service was great too. Very nice and polite lady at the window. Sorry didn’t get her name but was very nice.
