Last time I went I got a simple acrylic fill and I wanted aura nails and they couldn’t do it, so I showed them a simple design (2 stars) and the way they did it looked like crosses like ??????. Just insane. And he did 1 singular coat of polish and it took over an hour for a fill. I went back in a couple days later to ask if they could add a second coat as the one coat he did was see through but what a different tech did was drilled all the polish off and spent 45 minutes reapplying (I kid you not) 5 or 6 coats of polish and reshaping the nails so they looked crooked, lumpy and absolutely terrible. At that point I was so exhausted and just left. I’ve had a couple good pedicures here and I just don’t understand what the disconnect is and why it’s so hard to do a simple acrylic fill.

I'm really upset. I paid for a pedicure, and I don't think the people working here were trained. I paid a lot of money, but they did it quickly. They have no idea how to do a pedicure. I think I could have done this to my feet in my bathtub, and I could have done it better. They don't even know how to cut toenails. This isn't right because feet can become ingrown toenails. It's unethical.
