Luxia Nail Spa - Wappoo Rd.

It’s hard to find a nail tech who does great quality nails. I have been going here for a while now and have gotten what I’ve asked for every time. Ty does my nails every visit and she always makes them perfect. Her specialty isn’t the fancy nails you see on Pinterest with designs and gemstones. But if you want your nails to be the shape you ask for, the same length and to last longer than usual, ask for her. I am always consistently happy when I leave there.

I went in to get my nails done for my wedding. I showed one picture idea and was told that she doesn’t do designs, okay no problem. We came up with a different look - a pink color with sparkle over top. When I went to check out I was charged an additional $20 for a design. I have been here many times before and this is NOT the only time they have added on a hefty fee out of no where. She also changed the add-on design fee from $12 to $20. Still confused on how I got charged for a design when the very first thing she said to me was that she does not do designs. Edit to add picture of my $20 “design”

I am never one to write a bad review. I got sns nails done here and within a week, they were falling off. I went back in to get them redone, they charged me again, half price, but no one told me changing the color would mean I had to pay to replace their mistake. Now, 5 days later after they repainted, it is coming off again. I do work with animals but I have had sns nails before and it was NEVER a problem. I simply went there to ask for a refund for spending about $80 for poor quality and I was told I could not get a refund. I work 2 jobs so it did not allow me to come back until my only day off. This is ridiculous and I will not be going back, nor referring customers here.

Highly suggest this nail salon. They accepted my walk in and gave me a great experience. Very careful and specific on detail. This was my first time here, and I'm excited to go back! This look was 40$

I’ve been going to Luxia Nails for over a year now and I’ve never been more impressed. I went to three salons, being new to the area, before I came here and I will never go anywhere else. They do an exceptional job. I like my nails sleek and pay attention to detail, well so do they. Luxia Nails always exceeds my expectations. Amy and Henry are great as well as the rest of the staff. They are so friendly and accommodating! The salon is always very clean and the decor is modern, you feel good just being there. There is a flower wall in the back for a photo prop, who doesn’t love that?! 10/10 recommend!
