USA Auto Service #2

I know NOTHING about cars. I had a baby before I had a driver's license since I lived in Chicago and New York City. But now I have two cars and I have to take care of them. The Ford dealers in town do great work on my Focus but their labor rates are 15 percent higher I discovered when I had transmission troubles. So I feel relieved I found USA Auto Service just right around the corner from my home. I feel I can trust them. Every time I need a part, Damon comes out and shows me the dirty/broken one. He respectfully lets me decide. We all need SMOG tests to renew our license plates. USA Auto does SMOG fast... and at the best price I've found in the southwest. They are also cost-effective on oil changes, even with the expensive synthetics I like. The women at the front desk are always smiling and knowledgeable. They know how to establish boundaries and keep everyone in line. The waiting room is small but cozy. I like to wait outside when the weather's nice. You can't make an appointment. You just show up. I like to go first thing in the morning but late afternoon works too. Trust is a hard thing to earn. So far they have truly earned mine.

This store lies... went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and smog. I left with an oil change done, smog check that didn't pass, and apparently my tires weren't rotated as I specifically asked them to do but I'm noticing now on the paperwork wasn't completed. I also left with a list of work they claimed needed to be done. About $3500 worth. Low and behold... as I decided to get a second opinion, I went to a friend and was told they were trying to rip me off!!! I drove to a different smog place, it passed! When will people learn if you can trust a mechanic they'll have you for life. Screw this place!!! I'll never go here or send anyone here again!!!

Had a great experience. I recently moved to NV and was not versed in what cars need out here. Chevy was very thorough and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me and gave me notes for future services. I didn’t feel pressured or anything when I was finished. The girl up front was also very nice. Highly recommend for services.

I would give no stars but had to give one to write this review. This is the worst place ever I have had service my car from the high interest rate of 169.99%, to the fact my car still doesn't run. I have to do the repairs they did over. They are thieves and liars and didn't do the work they said they did. They lied to me and said my car was vandalized and told my insurance claim agent it was not vandalism.. I'm filing insurance claim because of them. I'm filing a complaint with the better Business Bureau and more. Don't go there save your car from their abuse. I paid five thousand dollars for repairs not done to my car, my car still does not run. I noticed if a bad review is left they say, they cannot find records of any vehicle the post is referencing, that's just another lie. I brought car in because check engine light was in and needed smog cert to register car they didn't smog car before giving me estimate and telling me what was wrong, which I had to finance to fix and I'm still paying every month but my car doesn't run.

Absolutely horrible company/service. I brought my Mercedes to this place to convert my air suspension to coils (provided my own coil kit). Not only did this take several days to be completed, the suspension bypass module (came with kit) was also lost, so my vehicle doesn’t function as should. They lost piece itself cost nearly $400 alone. Other issues related to my steering is now also an issue. Today, while washing my car I noticed small dings around my wheel fender, which explains why I was previously told that they wasn’t sure my kit would fit. Dealing with this company is very regretful…you get less than what you pay for with this company. ???? Future reference….paying with cash, gets you no proof of serve nor receipt.
