Although they do great service and they’re very affordable they never answer the phone. Even on days that’s not busy. There have been multiple times where I’ve called to get a quote and make an appointment and there was no answer just for me to go up there and see that no one is working and everyone is sitting around, chilling, on their phones. Other than that it’s a great place to go if you want to get pampered!

They did an amazing job, this was my first time getting nail extensions and I was very pleased. He did an excellent job replicating the reference photo I showed him. I also got a pedicure, it was very relaxing and my feet feel great. Will be returning.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. This salon is extremely inconsistent with their pricing, and any time you try to ask a question about the price list or what you’re being charged for, they get rude and defensive. I went in for a simple fill-in and 3 repairs, nothing extravagant. The nail tech showed me a picture of a set similar to what I already had—basic with 2 designs—then proceeded to charge me $115. That price was way out of line for the service I received. There was no clear breakdown, no explanation—just attitude when I questioned it. I expect transparency when I spend my money, and unfortunately, that’s not what I got here. Not worth the hassle or the price. I won’t be back.

Very friendly & professional staff. Got a pedicure with a friend, will definitely go back, this is the nicest nail salon in Americus. The staff actually spoke to us and not to each other, they really know how to make you feel special.

I walked in on a Saturday morning after my normal salon had last minute canceled on me. Kevin greeted me quickly at the front door, the salon overall is beautiful and quiet. He took his time with my nails and even showed me errors from my former technician, I have never received so many compliments since visiting Trendy Nails. So glad this location is local, I will most definitely be back.
