Tip To Toes

I was charged $58 for a gel manicure that came out very poorly. The top coat didn’t cover the whole nail and left behind spots that made the nail look bumpy. I had chipping and entire nails coming off 4 days after having done.

Very disappointed. I came in for a full set and toes painted. I told the tech over and over I wanted to match colors. She said no problem and would match my colors. I ended up with orange toes and pink nails. Then she argued with me and said the match over and over again. My full set isn't even covering my nails on a couple of fingers, and she gouged into my nail beds with the her tools. And she was on her phone more than she spent time on my nails. Didn't enjoy this visit.

If I'm paying $55 for dip, or any service for that matter, I expect my nails to be pretty close to, if not perfect, when they're done. That wasn't the case on this specific visit, and I ended up refiling all of them myself when I got home. I'm not sure which nail tech I had, she took her time and was nice, but her work left me with uneven filed nails, various nail lengths, and uneven smoothing of the dip itself which makes some of them appear swirled with the color. I'm not writing this place off, but I'll make sure I won't be going to this tech again. Nothing against her, I just expect more for what I'm paying. They are quick to get you in, which I really like.

It was my first time here to get my nails done and the guy that did my nails was in SUCH a rush to leave. I totally understand if it's the end of the day and you want to get home but just tell me that and have me come another day. My pinky and thumb are crooked and when I pointed it out he said, "nothing I can do--your finger is crooked look at if from the front." The color and shape is great but there's still shavings stuck on all the sides he didn't clean up cause he was in such a rush. The nails or location aren't terrible but I'd rather go someplace more welcoming. For the money they charge it should have been a better experience, period. Two stars and won't go back.

If you want your phone taken out of your hand and everyone to know your business & gossip about you. This is the place to go! Lisa took my mother-in-law's phone out of her hand and went around and showed the whole salon photos of my private life just because she knows me from church. If you're so religious you should know gossiping is a sin. Maybe you should use your mouth to pray more if you're so devoted to God. If I hear anymore rumors about me coming from here again I will be filing a slander lawsuit based on defamation. Very disgusting behavior. Maybe find more clients or find a hobby if you have nothing better to do.
