There’s a reason nail salons don’t have daycares. No one wants to spend time listening to kids fighting & screaming. It took double time on my nails due to the parents having to continue stopping & dealing with kids. Got to the front to pay and was told she doesn’t take cards on Sundays. Absolutely ridiculous experience.

I won’t be back here anymore. The guy the sits at the front is SO argumentative with customers and with his family members that work there. They charge a $3 fee to use your debit card but don’t have it posted anywhere (as you can see in the photos that were taken today, 6/3)!!! I will be contacting the board to make an official complaint about this place because I’m sick of their unethical practices. For a while they were ONLY accepting cash, stating that their “machine is broken”.

This place takes their time! My nails were so thin near the cuticles you cannot tell my nails are fake, I even opted for French manicure because I didn't want to cover them up the first time I went. You may have to wait a bit and it may not be the prettiest place but they are nice and take pride in their work

They do an amazing job! I am more than willing to drive across town to get nails this good!! I've been getting my nails done for sometime now and they are the nicest people I have met, it's nice to see them get happy when I walk through the door!! Best customer service I've had at a nail salon.

Been to one other place and Princess Nails does quality work. I don't worry about breaks or pop offs when I get them done.
