Perfect nails & spa

I’ve had good experiences here but my most recent experience has resulted in me refusing to come back. I got a gel manicure with a glitter polish. Anywhere else I’ve ever gotten glitter does enough coats to ensure full coverage for a flawless look, identical to the color picker book, knowing glitter can look uneven and sheer when not enough is applied. After 2 thin coats I asked the nail tech doing my manicure to do an additional coat for better coverage and he said no. The glitter is applied unevenly and looks like garbage. Couple that with the fact it’s a copper color it makes my nails look dirty instead of pretty and the sun shines right through the tips instead of shimmering. I’m so beyond disappointed that as a paying customer asking for a PROPERLY DONE glitter manicure I’m told no.

Went for pedicure the other and they did a great job and today I got my nails done by Nam and he did a perfect job, I had 0 complaints and I’m picky about nails! Will definitely go to Him every time! Also some of the reviews on here I feel are not accurate at all and are a little exaggerated! I paid 50 for tips and dip on my nails which is extremely reasonable! (They also didn’t have to take old nails off or remove gel or polish Is why it was that price) You’re gonna get charged for longer lengths cause it’s more product being used and you’re gonna get charged more for difficult shapes because it’s also more work and that’s just how it goes it’s 2024 and people charge for their work and time as it should be! If you’re wanting something extremely detailed and special designs then research and go to someone who specializes in that! Also any reviews about time should also be somewhat dismissed especially “appointments” because a schedule can only be on time if ALL clients are on time, it takes just one person to be late for it to effect everyone else’s appointments and that’s not their fault. You are not the queen or king of England and it’s ok to wait sometimes! One more point I understand sometimes quality isn’t always consistent and can be annoying but every time I get my toes or nails done I’m extremely descriptive of what I want in the beginning and as the service goes on if I’m seeing something I don’t like I bring it up in the moment to make sure they can fix it during the appointment I’m not going to wait till after I leave and get in my car, they can’t fix what they don’t know because they can’t read your mind! Annnnnyyways if you haven’t tried here you should, definitely one of the better places in Wichita!

Sad to say that I got a gel manicure here and it has been terrible. Super bad quality. The very next day two nails already chipped. And not even a week into getting this manicure, even more nails has chipped. Some very badly. I have been getting gel manicures for years and have never experienced this. And they had the nerve to try and convince me to also get gel on my pedicure. I would have been pissed if I paid extra money just to have this poor quality. The experience in the salon was nice, but I will definitely never get a gel manicure here again.

I was a repeat customer and the service kept declining over the last few months. This last encounter they lost me. One of the nail techs literally told me I could take my business elsewhere if I feel I am happier at another nail shop! And they didn’t even try to compensate me for the situation. Customer service is how you keep customers is how your salary is paid. NEXT!

Sister and I went here for the first time and were extremely disappointed. Technicians were rough, cut our toes and fingers, and did not perform quality work. Fingernails were filed down so short and she let me leave the salon with stains on my hands. Wanted a manicure but did not receive anything but dip polish. Did not feel relaxed at all and will not be coming back. Not sure how they are so highly rated.
