The Beach Hotel

the hotel was honestly so much better than expected! it was so clean and the employees were so friendly and helpful! they helped with the bags and were always making sure we had what we needed and that we were having a good time. i will definitely be visiting again me and my best friend had a great time and the beach hotel made sure of that! only downsides are that the beds aren’t super comfy, it’s kinda loud at night a lot of banging and the rooms are pretty outdated but like i said overall amazing i hope to visit there again :)

This hotel hosted my fraternity’s formal this April and I must say the service was much better than expected. We were welcomed with great customer service in addition to clean & nicely kept rooms. Management was very helpful when it came to parking, or any other questions thrown their way. I would absolutely recommend this place to people with large group gatherings and a place close to the beach to stay. 10/10 recommend!

It was fine. Wouldn't recommend staying longer than a night, plumbing is jacked and bathroom needs renovated. No shampoo or conditioner supplied. Owners were really nice and welcoming though and made the overall experience better. Oh, and there is no elevator. Parking is tight. It served its purpose though.

The two brothers were very polite (Ferris & Safe) were accommodating to our needs. It was cozy, but the bathroom was very small, the room very clean. There was a lot of noise banging. Especially late at night. They should tell their customers not to let their doors slam shut. It was great only 2 blocks to the boardwalk.

Went for a weekend and left the hotel that night, had to go to another hotel! Bugs, bed bugs and blood on the sheets. No apology or offer for another room so assuming the place is infested and they don’t care. I will never go there again. I will stick with the high end hotels as they are clean. This place was a total dump in my opinion. A friend booked this and it ruined our weekend as we paid triple for another place. Also they did not give a full refund as we had the room all day and didn’t see the bed till we went in to sleep! Partial refund. Beware check everything first! Also we had to buy bug spray to protect us, didn’t want the bed bugs going with us on our clothes, thankfully we never unpacked.
