Calypso Boutique Hotel

to say the least this location and staff far exceeded my expectations of the perfect stay. Not only convenience of the location and proximity of the beach/boardwalk. We were able to check in a bit earlier then our normal check in time, the front check in was super quick, and our room was nice and cool on a super hot humid day, they have easy parking as well. I would 1000% recommend this hotel for a budget friendly visit as well.

Great location, easy check in/out across the street. Pros: safe, quiet, clean, fantastic location. Great housekeeping staff. Cons: terrible small, shaky, uncomfortable bed. Was def NOT a queen size. Nothing convenient within the building (no lobby, nothing) pool and grills across the street, weak shower. No tables or night stands next to the bed

Very Simple Hotel Room The Boardwalk is Very Close . Room had a stove, microwave, fridge and sink. They gave us plates and cups pots and pans too . They don't have their own pool on location but that's okay because you can use the pool across the street overall it wasn't bad and I'll stay here again if need be not my go to but if I need a room and this is a available if my main choice isn't I'm going here all day .

I have never had a better experience than at the calypso. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Perfect for my stay of two. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!! Stay at the calypso!!

Great location for the price. Two blocks from the beach/boardwalk. I would recommend and return. The hotel did have a few minor thing that could be improved (toilet / mini fridge) but the staff was wonderful. We forgot our hairdryer and we where able to get one from the desk. The kitchen had a few pots and plates/ silverware. I would recommend that you bring your own if you plan on cooking on the 2 burner flat top. You do have access to the Quebec hotel's small pool and the 2 gas grills if you are so inclined. PS we had a blast at old city pub -they had a live band on the night we went.
