Found, a hidden gem in the galaxy’s breakfast sector—the Bagel Maker, mmm. Hungry I was, and fulfilled I became. Ordered the egg and cheese upon a jalapeño bagel. Spicy and savory, the balance was strong with this one. Fresh-baked, the bagel was—chewy on the outside, soft on the inside. Delightful! More than bagels they serve—sandwiches, smoothies, salads, and beyond. A meal for any craving, yes. The bagel maker himself, wise and witty he was, slinging puns as sharp as a lightsaber and bagels as warm as Tatooine’s twin suns. Bless this place for being open at 5am sharp. Small, cozy, no-nonsense spot to grab a bagel sammich that is delicious, quick and as simple or complex as you want. As someone in their mid-thirties that’s been coming here since highschool, I highly recommend it. 10/10 Super kudos!

Great location near the renovated PCB Downtown. Definitely recommend this place for a quick breakfast or lunch. The staff was friendly and the bagels were great. The service was also very fast. I tried a chicken salad bagel sandwich (6/10 I got Swiss cheese and shouldn’t have), an everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese (10/10 amazing cream cheese), and a lox and caper bagel (8.5/10 usually a bit salty for me but here it was great).

My first time eating here and I will be back in the morning!!! Everything we ordered was wonderful! The bagels were delicious and the breakfast bagel sandwiches were phenomenal. The coffee and drink selection was on point as well. I highly recommend you make a trip and enjoy The Bagel Maker!!

The egg/cheese and egg/cheese/bacon bagels were good overall but definitely has the ability to be alot better. I love the look of the outside and the way they decorated the inside. Reminds of the bagel shops in southern Jersey minus the quality. Not sure if it’s the way they prepare the bagels or the actual guy. He seemed to care less and the bagels tasted as such. Again I see a lot of potential.
