Service was so fast & amazing ! We had a giant nail in our tire and they offered to patch it for a decent price we decided to get a new tire and have no regrets going to pops tire they are very friendly and trustworthy. They also have a cute kids area for the kiddies while you wait and lots of snacks !! We will definitely be back for all of our car needs

Been taking my vehicles to this business for years, but will not anymore due to poor customer service. Called to get a qoute on replacing the cv axes on my vehicle and was simply told the minimum fee would start at $700 and up but could not actually price provided or what the maximum would be. I also inquired that if I am replacing the cv's, should I replace hubs? The answer I was provide, "i don't know, you can look it up on Google and figure it out yourself." Honestly this response blew my mind, I am not a mechanic that is why I called you, for the advice as to the repair. Very disappointed, this place has help myself, family and friends for years and have always been super honest, respectful, and helpful. I really hate that this is the customer service provided under the new ownership.

It’s just plain scary trying to get over the hump to get in and out of the parking lot. Glad I was in an suv my other car would have gotten stuck. Not very practical. Inside, guy is nice and helpful. Lady is not! Won’t go back and I’m ok with that!

Scratched the surface of the rim . They never told me and rushed me away . They charged me $169 more than a dealer at home, but that’s ok because I needed a tire . Paying more than usual is expected because we are from out of town. They know that they can get a way with it ! So thank you for fixing the tire and scratching my rim. GOD bless you and your family and I will pray for y’all .

I just recently took my van here because it was overheating. They did a full diagnostic and fixed the problem within a day. Plus if you don't have the whole amount, you can apply for a loan through Acima leasing. On top of that after dropping my vehicle off, they gave me a ride to my location so I didnt have to walk. Great service, and great honest people. ??
