Ten Sushi

I just went there yesterday. I don’t understand why they are full of confident when I pointed out their problem. There squid are sticky and with a strange smell, also they didn’t cook the meat enough. Their server argued with me when I told him the squid was not good and let him take it away. It’s not the attitude to service their customer, I feel really disappointed.

I have eaten @hockey sushi @168 sushi @new sushi kan in Orleans I think @bank ten sushi. And honestly this is the best ayce in ottawa. Everything tastes great. You gotta come here. Also their roll variety is good. And they have a variety of cooked items

There are many pros and cons at this place. A big pro is that the sushi rice is thin so you get a lot more actual food and taste compared to other sushi buffets around Ottawa where they pad sushi with thick rice to fill you up. The sushi itself also tastes very good, and they have quite a wide variety. Now on to the negatives. The avocado is often browning and clearly not that fresh. The toppings like salmon on red dragon rolls or avocado on green dragon rolls are very small/cheaped out. They charge weekend prices on Fridays. It’s about 40.80$ per person after tax right now. They have a mandatory tip for groups sized 6+ of 18%. It is very hard to flag down waiters. It is very busy/loud and probably wouldn’t make the best date night experience. I really love the sushi and I don’t mind paying a premium price for it knowing I eat a lot, but I caution those who aren’t like me.

I ordered for takeout, via uber eats & it was tasty warm & fresh. The pickled ginger & Wasabi were amazingly spicy, tying the whole meal together. (I've ordered twice now)

Sushi was decent and well priced. Was disappointed however when I opened my take out bag and found that no soya sauce or ginger and wasabi were included. Staff at the restaurant were great and my order was ready very quickly though. Overall a decent spot for sushi in Ottawa at a reasonable price.
