I asked for a blue cake. The person who took down the instructions took them down wrong they brung out a white cake and I was so disappointed. They made me come back while they fixed the error and I was completely satisfied with the blue cake. They have declined in customer service, effort, and quality over the years. I use to love and recommend them a lot hopefully they get the old spirit back soon but I’ll will keep shopping because they are affordable and I love that

I'm a bit confused. I have been coming here for 10 plus years. Their cakes are awesome. I've never had an issue until I called about a month ago to put in an order for a special cake for a birthday and the sweet lady on the phone told me to call back after mother's Day because they were really busy with special cake orders. I called today about 10 minutes ago to put in my cake order for my dad's birthday next weekend. Another lady answered the phone and told me that they are not taking cake orders anymore. I asked if I could have a manager's number or leave my number because that's not what I was told. She told me I was told wrong and that I did not need it because she knows. I have no idea what's going on but I'm confused and every other cake place is saying it's too short notice so I'm screwed out of a beautiful cake

Completely has going downhill. I have been going to Sweetheart bakery for over 10 years. It’s ridiculous. Now it’s ghetto. You place the order they don’t even call you back had an incident where four different women played phone tag. I tried place an order for a week in advance and Monday. They told me the cake was not going to be placed Because the decorator is never there absolutely ridiculous then they have the worst customer service with bad attitudes and you ask a question they leave you on hold done with this location!

First time here yesterday for my son’s 3rd birthday cake . The lady in the front was very helpful and on top of things. I came super last minute and got to order a cake and she said it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. Even though the wait was a little longer I didn’t mind they were very busy. Anyway , the cake came out nice and was really good moist and the icing is delicious I’ll definitely be back in the future.

These really kind ladies had created a beautiful cake for my daughter’s birthday with less than 3 days notice. Prices were extremely reasonable, and the cake was incredibly moist. Highly recommend!
