Worst nail salon!!! The “owner” did my nails… They were supposed to be white and turned this ugly yellow brown color with white spots, uneven, not smooth bumpy. She your to blame me I have no idea how I could’ve made my nails look that way but I’ve not done any cleaning or anything, I got them done for an event and it was beyond embarrassing having people look at them. All I wanted was a fill in, White like they were when I came in. She argued about the shape of my nails I told her I did not want coffin… She still did coffin .. within 24 hours they started turning yellow and then brown! I went back in on Monday because they were closed on Sunday, and she said she could only see me to fix it before 12 on Saturday, we had this conversation after she did my nails and was too busy to fix them .. so today I showed my nails to her and told her I wanted them nails off and refund because they look terrible.. not just the polish also, the shape with lumps. She refused to give me a refund while laughing and laughing, she only took off the polish leaving my nails looking bad still. Most people would want to fix the problem and not have bad business .. but apparently this woman doesn’t care and she knew before I left the salon that nails didn’t look right. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I had the worst experience at this racist shop today! I’ve been a customer for over 7 years. I called to make an appointment with Kim (off on Mondays), spoke to Hannah (shop mgr). She said someone else can do for you. Ok fine. My appointment at 4pm (pedicure & fill). Was not busy with a lot of customers, okay so I waited and waited (no one did my fill-in). Hannah was the only person who was free (mind you spoke to her on the phone earlier this morning). Then, customer came in and someone did her nails…Huh??? I have an appointment today not this lady (walk-in mind you). Crazy…I will NOT return to this nail place Sunny Nails! Then Hannah asked me if I wanted to come back for Kim. What!!!! Huh….I could have waited but you said come in someone else can take care of me. I have sent several people their way over the years too. Get it together Hannah , you have lost a loyal customer.

Sunny Nails Marietta is a customer-base-oriented store. They take pride in satisfying their clients. They have a team of professional Nail technician that knows exactly what they are doing. I have been there a few times and I can't stop going back.

I wanted a toe polish change but that didn’t happen because the lady who was going to do it doesn’t know how to communicate and educate clients based on her suggestions professionally. She was rude and it seemed like she didn’t want to service me for whatever reason anyway. Nails shops like is why I learned how to do own nails and wax my eyebrows and now I’ll learn how to master polishing my toes too because customer service sucks at nail shops such as this one these days. Based on other reviews I’m reading I noticed a reviewer below Kelly Nielsen, posted a picture of the lady who ruined her nails and that’s the same lady who was rude to me today upon my arrival.

AWESOME Service. Chill atmosphere. I was serviced as soon as I walked in. After struggling for days here to find a place to have my nails done, Princess nails had a posted sign of their sister store that was open during their closed Monday hours. All around a Awesome Much Appreciated Experience.
