If I could give a zero I would. This was my first time going to this nail salon. I received the gel-x set. One hour after getting my nails done, one popped off. I went back in to have them correct it. The technician drilled my nail so much that it was sensitive and I had to pull my hand from her. The fact that she was angry bothered me because I had just spent 167.00 plus a 25.00 tip thinking my nails were done correctly. I get back home after I wouldn’t allow her place a nail on my original nail because now I have to make sure my nail isn't damaged. Get home!!! Pick my bible up and ALL my nails pops off!!!! I will never return!!!

I have had my nails and toes done several times here. First time I went was when they first opened and the lady that did my pedicure used a towel from a previous customer (had one of their toe nail clippings on the towel) and then left a hangnail on my big toe. I chalked it up to them being new so I just went to a different place for a year. I went back recently to give them a chance and a new tech did my gel manicure. It was not that great, nails and paint were uneven. I went back today just to give them a final chance; the same tech did my nails and she drilled into the nerves of my actual nails several times which was very painful. She did not do a good job on my cuticles and again the paint and shape of my nails are uneven. I will never go to this place again.

They did really good nails, almost exactly how I wanted, the guy who was doing my nails was very patient with me and changed thickness/ design as I wanted. The only issue I have is, I am not sure if they sanitize their tools after each use. They serviced me on the same spot just as a lady left with same tools. Overall a satisfactory service.

In search of a new salon after my gel polish was chipping terribly from the last place, Lush had the best reviews. I like that i was able to easily make an appt right from google and how they send a reminder text. When you walk in, you can check in with your number for points. I got a gel manicure and opted for a hot towel and massage, which was amazing. I think that will have to be a must going forward. Kevin did my manicure and was very meticulous and friendly. I’m so glad to have discovered this place and will be going only here from now on.

TERRIBLE. Do not ever come here. They charged me 50$ for SNS with NO tip, NO manicure and the website advertises $45. She did not even have to take off previous nail polish and my nails were already shaped the way I wanted them. This is 2 days after getting them done. 3 of them have already started cracking and the clear top coat is already chipping and coming off.
