Nail Care Spa Marietta

It was my first time here . I arrived at 4:45 and I did not finish until 6:52. I only asked for an acrylic set only white polish, nothing fancy and no design. I was charged $65 plus tip not only was that overpriced. He did not do a very good job. Ihad a smudge and asked him to fix it. He only applied clear polish, and did not fix it. He left white polish around my fingers and leftover acrylic powder, dried on my fingertips. Overall, the nail salon was very clean and the rest of the staff seemed very nice. I called and asked if I could walk and then she said yes once I walked in I had to wait 15 minutes then I was seated. But then I sat in the chair for five minutes until someone came in assisted me.

Salon Overall: The good: The salon is clean, has a nice ambience , and they seat customers very quickly. They have a fanatic array of colors/shades and textures. The not so good: They seem to be big on upselling. This is my second time in and all 4 technicians that I’ve worked with have tried to upsell me. The prices are really not posted clearly. I have spent much more than I’ve intended both times I’ve been in. Today my SNS nails were $55 and my gel pedi was $75. $160 out the door after tip. Technicians: The Amazing: Emmy! What a gem! You guys, I just had the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my entire life with Emmy. She put in so much effort and work into my pedicure. I have a skin condition that causes a build up of dry skin. Nobody has ever been able to get all of the dead skin off of my feet until Emmy. She was patient and she didn’t try to rush. She understood that she had to put in extra work and she did it beautifully. She gave an epic massage, too. I will never go to anyone else other than Emmy. She is the reason I will be returning to this facility! The fair: Susan gave me a beautiful manicure. There was some and powder left to stain my nails and there was acrylic dust from filing the tips that was left underneath my nails. I got almond shape and I’m not convinced the tips are filed evenly. Overall, however, I have no major complaints. In a word though, Emmy! Emmy is everything!

I came in for the first time to Nail Care Spa today. I have been to the nail salon close by in the Avenue many times and figured I would give this a try because of its proximity to sprouts. Honestly I was impressed with the care I received but also with the cleanliness of it. I arrived kind of late like 6pm so they were cleaning everything getting ready to close at 7pm and it made me feel confident that they do a thorough job here keeping the facility clean. Also my pedicure was done by Mimi, and they were super nice and very detail oriented. I noticed that when I added the callous remover to my pedicure they grabbed a bag of tools that had been sterilized and I totally appreciated that. I am super happy with my pedicure and I honestly think I will be switching nail salons over here from now on because I am happier with the results more than I ever have been elsewhere! Highly recommend ????

This place has gone down. I was coming here regularly. Today is my last time coming here. The lady filed my gel polish off so low that she filed into the bed of my nail. My toe nail was red on one side. They do not take responsibility when they make a mistake. The last 4 mail techs that I had was not good at all. I was a frequent client no more. She argued me down that this is normal. I get my feet done every three weeks and I know what is normal. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Had a great experience with Kim Ann. She removed some horribly thick acrylics from another salon. She worked carefully to remove them without causing too much discomfort. She then applied a new set that were an appropriate thickness and did a cute design for me! Her attention to detail was great and I look forward to my next visit.
