Summer Stays

They will try to scam you for more money when you leave. They are trying to charge an extra $500 for "smoking in the room". We do not smoke. When I said they can review their camera feed and that will also show the same they then said oh their was marijuana pieces found! Outrageous, never in our life have we done drug nor know anyone that does. Not to worried about it because it's all false, so beware of their check out scam!! Rooms only have a bed, night tables, refrigerator with a microwave sitting on top and coffee maker with 2 chairs. No table top space anywhere. I asked for a heater and never received it in the 60 degree room. We were their for a week and had no housekeeping or even offered, so we had to buy cleaning supplies so we were not sitting in filth. Employees walked right into our room when I was getting out of the shower. It was just a VERY bad experience when it was all said and done. I would NOT recommend. It's not worth the headache when there are much nicer REAL hotels for the same price in the area.

The room looked like an updated one night high school stand. Very impressive, honestly and tolerable for the price. Cute flooring, nice windows, cute decor that has no rhyme or rhythm. Loved the fake plant. Small table. The bed is not awesome. Small closet. Toilet squeeked. Young kids in loud cars. Green pool. The door was not easily accessible. Next to busy loud road.

We stayed for 3 nights. Really appreciated the owner letting us check in early after our 15 hour drive. The room was small but decent. Still fit 2 beds comfortably. Mini fridge, microwave, tv on the wall. The bathroom was so tiny but again, small room. The shower was recently redone, very cute. The only thing I hated was the floor was filthy. Had to wear shoes the whole time because our feet turned black. The paint job on the outside was so bright and tropical I loved that. There was a pool but we were at the beach everyday so I didn’t get in the pool. It looked nice though. Changed my rating to 4 stars. My husband forgot his $250 Nike shoes and we didn’t notice until we were back home in Maryland. The owner found them and even offered to mail them to us. My father in law went and got them instead.

Room had roaches. Pool closed by the county. No one for service. Nasty laundry room. Looks are deceiving. Place is nasty. No one is helpful. Told not to approach cleaning staff??? Run by a company called Viagem (F rated by better business bureau). By my experience I definitely see why. Booker beware.

This hotel was super, super clean. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was excellent! Putting green and shuffle board. The pool itself was sparkling clean. Very enjoyable and comfortable. Many TV stations to choose from. Bed was very comfortable. They provided microwave and coffee maker. Had a nice table to eat at, a desk and nice comfortable chair. Also had closet and walk in shower. If you go to Clearwater you must stay here. Price very reasonable.
