My son currently stays here and states that manager ricky is openly rude to guests. She will go inside your room without you knowing be very careful ( you’ve been warned) if you have a choice do not stay here as the lady named ricky is a shady person. Also make sure you don’t get any packages delivered here as she will open them.

Ricky is one of the best landlords I've ever had. The place is well kept and the price is right. That's why I and my girlfriend have been here over a year and don't plan on leaving.

Multiple tenants aharing same restroom. Unsanitary rooms. Management is rude and not qualified for customer service. Thia property would better serve as the landfill...

I lived here over 3 years. Mgt is awesome..I must say something again..I asked Rob and Ricky about my air conditioning unit..this was on a Monday..they were at my room, and decided it needed cleaning..and now ..it's like a brand new A.C..oh p.s. they corrected the problem Tuesday..thanks

Good place. Rooms are clean. Been here for a week and haven't seen any bugs at all. The manager is nice. No one bothers you it's a peaceful area really close to Clearwater Beach. And prices are decent.
