Linda Casa

Stay far away from this place and the flamingo motel. Same owner at both properties. The sign out by the street says clean and quiet efficiencies. This is false advertising and the owner should be sued. I came here out of sheer desperation until I could get back into my place. I paid 300 for a weeks rent plus 20 for the deposit. This place is by far the worst efficiency motel I've ever stayed in. The rooms smell and are extremely outdated. I could spot out multiple fire hazards and no smoke detectors. The roaches come out at night to scavenge for food, but these are not the worst parts about casa linda. 98% of the other tenants are what make this place a nightmare. For the majority of the entire day into the wee morning hours anywhere from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. there are about 7 kids running around yelling and screaming and leaving snack wrappers and toys all over in front of peoples rooms( I get it they're kids, they make messes but mom doesn't clean them up. The adults are right outside of rooms that are not theirs into all hours. Arguing with spouses, yelling at kids, blasting music and are very rude and inconsiderate. Last resort only type of place if you can put up with the noise, drama, trashiness, bugs and lack of maintenance. Manager seems ok. Only nothing gets done. Trailer park trash ghetto motel should be the name of this place.

Hotel that are efficiencies. Dirty, run down. Very limited parking. They do except dogs including pits. Pay weekly, cable and does have AC unit. Stand up shower no tub. In a bad neighborhood. Dollar general is in walking distance and a few other convenient stores.

Sorry meant to only put one star cause I guess you can't put zero stars. Horrible experience. New management claims to have cleaned it up but the roaches are so bad we had to take shifts sleeping to guard each other. Even still my wife ended up with roaches in her hair several times. They had a tiny a.c. that wouldn't get it below 80 degrees. We paid $340 dollars for a week including deposit and to add insult to injury they wouldn't return my deposit when I brought the key and remote back because I had lost my receipt even though they had a copy stating I had paid a refundable deposit. Disgusting no ethics if you hate someone recommend Casa Linda to them. A homeless shelter would show more accountability.

Filfthy and Roach infested and Mgnt will do nothing . im stuck here for the week but am notifying Board of Health and Code Enforcement. Walk on the carpet 2 mins and your socks are black . This Place has more roachs then i have ever seen in my life in one place . Trust me you do not want to stay here

This place is NASTY!!! they own the one down the street too. The pink Flamingo hotel,full of bedbugs,we got very sick and they blamed it on us,after the managers came to us,begged us to stay,,the whole time pocketing our money,then turns out they were fugitives,running form the law the feds arrested them. Then they got a new manager who is just as skanky liars as the other ones. Unless you are REALLY desperate I would not recommend anyone stay there.There was nightly hooker activities,drugs,drunks,HORRIBLE nasty skankville don't do it
