Starbucks

I always order before work and I must say I get the best Brown Sugar shaken espressos from here! It’s perfectly balanced and always taste so so so good! Thank you for always getting it right and for making it with love!

These guys do a great job. I cant say enough about the service, smiles and willingness to help from the Baristas here. This is clearly one of the best Starbucks in the area.

I’ve been here four or five times and every time the drinks have been gross. Not sure why but the flavor is consistently bad and tastes nothing like drinks I’ve gotten from the shoppers world and Sudbury Starbucks locations.

So I was pretty disappointed with my experience today. I submitted a mobile pick up order originally for drive thru but I decided to go in because I had to use the bathroom and the order wasn’t ready yet. I decided to purchase a reusable cup while I was waiting. I walked up to the register to pay for the cup and stood there for about 3-4 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I understand that they were busy and behind on orders but a simple “we’ll be right with you” would have sufficed. I decided to say something after a while. The employee said they were behind on orders which again I understood. I have done food service for many years of my life. My coffee was eventually ready. It was supposed to be an iced shaken espresso with oatmilk and hazelnut but the person who made it put cinnamon powder on top as if it was the brown sugar version. Either version is tasty to me but putting cinnamon on a drink that isn’t supposed to be on it could be problematic for anyone with a cinnamon allergy. I know they were busy today but I would have appreciated better customer service and a little more awareness while making drinks.

This place is very nice for a new store unfortunately I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes to place my order and to be disappointed. This place doesn't make Frappuccinos. I ask for an Ice cappuccino. And they don't make. I wouldn't recommend giving business to this starbucks. Spoke with the manager at the starbucks at the Marlborough apex center. She mentioned they make Frappuccino and Cappuccino all year around. This being said, this store is a disappointment or employees here really can't perform.
