DISSEMBLED MY CAR & REFUSED TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER: I understand garages can take longer than a quoted time. But I checked with them multiple times I live an hour away and I need my oil changed, should we replace the spark plugs with the oil change or should I do it at my local garage as the sparplugs / car is still working, I need my car to drive home. They said they would get it done quick today and that there’s no need to do it at my local garage. Turns out they need it to stay overnight. I replied in this case, please don’t fix anything, I will pick it up today. They said the car is not drivable anymore because the coils need to be changed too. The owner said he’ll fire who ever told me it would get ready today, which is messed up. I added I will decide tomorrow morning if I want you to fix it or if I’ll get it towed as I wasn’t sure if I had free towing with AAA. I called him the next morning to tell him to fix it, but he said he will not fix it, to come pick it up in a tow truck to skrew me over or maybe because a Mercedes is too complex for him. He also said I should know better. So he was rude to me and went after his employee. Unprofessional and mean to the employee. I’m confident he’s cheaper than other places and he did good work for other people. I had a feeling I should not fix my car when I need it on time that bad, I’m sure he’s a great mechanic from referal from friends. But my experience sucked because I needed my car to go back home and I wish he was more compassionate and did something so I can drive it home instead of using a tow truck.

Full Synthetic Oil Change for $56!!!!! Can't be beat! Super service, friendly and professional! $116 for rear brakes too! Better than $100 oil changes at Jiffy or Valvoline any day!

Harlen’s Auto Center was recommended to me by a friend. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received and the quality of the workmanship. Harlen couldn’t have been more courteous or professional. I had a complete brake job done along with a tune up and oil change. Harlen kept me appraised of the work he suggested needed to be performed and completed the work in a very timely manner and at a more than fair price. I highly recommend this professional, competent, and most importantly, honest business.

Harlen’s Auto Center is the place to go for your car issues. Fair prices and great service from the front staff, the mechanics, to the owner. The lady in the office is very nice and super helpful with the billing. It’s nice to know there are still places like this that want to help you out in a world of places that want to take advantage. I can’t recommend them high enough, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
