What an absolute gem of a pub. Rod the landlord is a fantastic host and all of his bar staff are super friendly and helpful. But the hidden secret to this pub is the fantastic food that comes out of the kitchen, reasonably priced and excellent quality. Thanks so much guys. The solar boys ????

Went to a quiz night. So much fun. The landlords were very welcoming. It's a proper local pub. Can't wait to find an excuse to go back. Didn't eat.

What a lovely traditional pub this Is. We only stopped by because it was instant monsoon season and we took shelter within. We were welcomed very warmly and was made soft drinks for the kids and a very nice cup of coffee for us. The place was very clean and the toilets amongst the cleanest I've seen for a very long time. The staff and customers were very nice and would definitely recommend for a stop by if you're in the area.

Without a doubt the best pub meal I have had in the past 5 years. Roast Brisket was amazing. I'm from Manchester and have been working here for 2 days. Traditional home cooked food 10 out of 10.
