Great pedicure but the manicure was not done very well. Lack of attention to details (nails shaped differently: my right hand has bulky shapes while the left is closer to what I wanted, as if he forgot to check or file the right hand) and no care for cuticles (I even asked at the end and he said it was done with the machine.. no soak or anything, didn’t push them in or cut them and it shows) or the overall experience. Spent about $150 in total (left above 20%) and I felt they weren’t appreciative of my business. (He even ran to the lady that did my pedi and pointed at my receipt, not sure why but I found it a bit rude to do that right after I signed it..). I went to this place because I saw very nice nail art but they told me they didn’t even have any glittery gems for a simple design I showed them. The other manicure technicians seemed very nice so it must just be my luck.

I thought the service was great and for a dip mani, very fast! I paid with ClassPass and since I got tips and a design it was a little extra charge which I was fine with. The guy doing my nails was on point with the design I wanted. I just wish they had cleaned up my cuticles and the usual trimming of skin around the nails before doing them. Otherwise I was happy!

I feel terrible only giving 3 stars because I really have had amazing experiences here (thanks to Helen and Van… who are amazing every time) but any other time I go and don’t have either of them I leave feeling so sad and disappointed with my nails. Nothing is more infuriating than going and paying $55-$70 on nails and not getting one thing you asked for. These nails are way shorter than I asked and anytime I asked him to fix something or change something (something as simple as adding an extra coat) he argued with me. I’m just very bummed with this experience.. BUT DONT COUNT THIS PLACE OUT ! Just ask for Helen or Van

Kim did SUCH an amazing job on my nails, I love them so much. She also gave me awesome restaurant recommendations too. 15/10 will be coming back here!

If you’re looking for design on your nails. I highly recommend Peter. He did an amazing job, takes his time to make sure my design is good. He is so sweet. I will definitely get my nails done back with him. Thank you again Peter!
