$26 before tax for the most basic manicure. The lady cut my skin and made me bleed. At the end I was told to wait 10 minutes under the fan for my nails to dry and I set a timer for 10 minutes. When done I went to pay and when I was surprised at the $26 for manicure I was told by a bald, chubby male in the front to go somewhere else for cheaper. By the time I was in my car to drive home my nail polish from my thumb was already ruined. Once I removed the cotton from my bloody finger I noticed it’s missing skin and it hurts. The service is bad and the customer service is worse. I don’t recommend this place to ANYONE and if my finger gets infected they will be hearing from my attorney.

I went to go get my toes and a full set. My toes and nails did not come out the way I wanted. I don’t care much about the toes. But my full set was absolutely horrible I should have not paid or they couldn’t have given me a discount since I stopped them and told them they look nothing like the photos I showed her and showed them. They were flat to narrow cricked and thin. I do NOT recommend coming here at all. They said I should have showed her which I did. I even wanted a natural curve and didn’t even get that.

Vee literally kills it every single time! I love coming here! The other staff is always nice and friendly. I feel like I’m coming to see my friend every time and she just happens to do my nails. I’ll never go anywhere else

First time going to Nail’s Gallery. Amazing customer service, approachable and attentive staff. I got dip on natural nails. Bopy (sorry for the misspelling) did such an amazing job! Will definitely come back and will recommend.

The first 2 times I came here with 2 random nail techs, it was great. I’m not sure of her name, but the woman that works in the front, guessing maybe a manager, did a horrible job today. I asked for my nails to be removed, and new acrylics put on. I provided a picture of the design. She rushed through my nails, ripping them off rather than soaking. Then, the design was nothing near a gnome. She left a lot of product dried on my skin. And none of the nails matched as far as length or shape. I quietly asked another technician to redo my nails and I would gladly pay again. That lady went and told the other one, which made her awkwardly come over to me, which I was trying to avoid. I reluctantly had her fix them but didn’t mention anything about the design. She apologized and mentioned sometimes that happens when they’re busy. $81 and they were half way decent. Now to my daughter, had her acrylics removed and a gel manicure. We again provided a nail design. The guy took over an hour and 45 min and then called my lady over to do the design. Yet again looked nothing like the picture we gave. When I finally had enough, I asked for my money for my daughter nails back and the lady wanted my daughter to go back so they could remove the polish. No way in hell I was going to sit there even longer, nor allow them to angrily remove something from my 10 year olds hands. $126 not including the tip, (yes I tipped another $16 between the 2) and neither of us were happy. Yes, I took the $45 she handed me and I left. Sad because I thought I had found my new shop. She alone ruined that. Other nail techs there were great
