Nail Day Lodo

This is the best nail shop in town. I bet every young woman can say they are a nail shop connoisseur… but these nails have been an important part of my self image for many years now :). The most important thing to note about Nail Day Lodo is their kindness. I feel I can say they have the very best genuine customer service in the industry. Their attention to every detail and of course their color and nail polish brand selection is current and well maintained. They are the best!

Great experience! I walked in and was helped right away. I got a gel manicure and pedi, and it was great. My nails looks excellent, and they even gave me a little back massage while I was waiting for my nails to dry. Would definitely recommend!

Decided to try something different and asked for nail extensions. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and I’m so disappointed. When I asked for the stars at the end, they said they couldn’t do it. I wish they would’ve said that at the beginning because I would’ve changed the color or design. These are boring and I’m dissatisfied with the service. The pedicure was decent, but they messed up one part and didn’t fix it. The pics - what I asked for vs what I got (I didn’t want silver, I wanted a sparkly black. Only did one layer and it looks brown instead).

The worst experience I have ever had! I had a French Gel Manicure done here and three days later ate nutts and my tips turned brown. I went back to the salon and they refused to fix it and said it had to be from hair dye. I go to other salons all the time and get a French manicure and have never had this problem! They obviously have a polish quality issue and their view on Customer Service is horrific. They wanted to charge me for a whole new set of nails. Their prices are very $$ comparison to others. Don’t go here!

I have been going for pedicures for the better part of a year. However, I have had multiple instances where my nails have been clipped down so far that they bleed. I thought this was a one time thing however after my most recent trip it happened again and was painful for days. I will not be returning. Unfortunately 90% of my experiences were positive, but the bad ones were enough to make me not come back
