Payal has THE BEST customer service and made my Brazilian wax 10x easier & smoother. It’s rare I feel free to move to after but she has accomplished it. 10/10!!!

I’m usually satisfied with the service I receive here but one of the employees used the wrong glue for my strip lashes. It honestly feels like LashTite glue (I’ve used it before) or another professional lash glue that is NOT for strip lashes. The manager removed the strip lashes at no charge but it took some of my lashes out and still had to go home with hard glue still stuck to my lashes. I feel like some kind of refund or credit should have been offered because this was definitely unacceptable and I’m very unhappy about losing lashes. Also, this was not my first time getting strip lashes done here so I know for a fact a different glue was used.

They always hook my eyebrows up. I love their threading skills. You shouldn’t definitely come here
