Carriage Creek Apartments

Wow! Cher took a few words right out of my mouth! To the people who are reading these reviews to help them get a better understanding about Carriage Creek Apartments, the negative reviews are spot on while the positive ones are just from friends and family of the people working in the office helped get in. Biased. I have lived here since 2020. I was here before that for awhile and I came back. Property has gone down since my first time around. People working in the main office holding apartments for their friends and family members. I pay rent as well, I'm not on section 8 living here like the majority in my building, so yes it's frustrating when you spend all your hard earned money just to feel like you live in a dump! I thought with the returning property manager things would be different but they are not. I understand she is coming in having to fix a lot and a lot of things that are wrong with these buildings are due to the nasty people living here but it seems to me she is more concerned with keeping her staff and collecting rent than doing what is right. Staff is also incompetent and unprofessional.

Worst apartment complexes to live. I’ve never stayed in an apartment where maintenance don’t do their job!!! You call and mention a problem from plumbing, burnt outlet, loose screws, no screen in window, constant cold shower water like it’s never any damn hot water and I hate it here. People paying rent and can’t even get a decent place to live. Not to mention they so quick to TOW your car or guest cars when they don’t have a pass, so quick to collect rent money, but can’t have a decent place to live. Lastly, place so damn dirty hallways always smell like piss and one time someone even took a dump in it. I’m over it. Jesus fix it.

The front door entrance lock on the door needs to be fixed it’s dangerous somebody could come in here and do something bad

If your gonna rent here definitely ask for Ronnika she was so helpful with everything as far as hooking you up with the right apartment/ tours and if there is any problems she makes sure they are fixed ASAP. I put in my application a month ago and now I have a beautiful apartment. She is very fast and thorough with making sure you are approved for your apartment. Not only that but she is a very polite and kind person who really knows how to do her job correctly, she is definitely a people person. Have her as your renting agent and you won’t regret it.

Don't move here. The elevators always got trash of food and people be leaving their garage next to the elevator. Stairway has big stupid holes in the wall. Front door never is secure anyone can walk in. Bad odor always in the hallway and there's heavy drug activity that got on after office is closed. Resident be arguing and shooting at each other.
