San Pedro Express Car Wash

DO NOT GO. After the car wash it didn't even get cleaned. It was still really dirty. They also scratched my car. They refused to resolve this issue and laughed in my face. They wouldn't even refund the price of the car wash. If you want your car damaged then this is the perfect place for you.

Sucks at washing does not wash good. I had a LED light bar on my truck and the machine broke it off lol. I basically paid $11 to get the LED bar broken off.

I like going to a car wash in this place. Different prices I usually get the 17 dollars you get a Towel dash cleaner and a scent pad. Pretty cool. Free vacuum as well. I recommend this place.

Just went in got the 17$ wash machines scratched up my windows that's crazy deep scratches too. ????????

I used to go to this location 2-3 times a month. They have 4 categorie washes ($8, $10, $12, $14). The vacuums aren't that potent and lack the ability to really clean the car carpets, but it is on my daily drive and easy to go to. The worst is that sometimes their machine doesn't work. I have had this problem 2 times. The first time an older gentleman was there, and he gave me a second free wash without hesitation since he saw my car was still dirty. Today it was the 2nd time. I paid for the $12 wash (includes wax, tires, and drying). After the wash my car was still all dusty on the back portion of the car. I asked for a second wash to fix it. I was ridiculed. I think it might be the son of the owner. The man said it was my fault that the car was still dirty after the wash, because I didn't prewash my car. I have never heard anyone washing their cars before taking it to the car wash. In front of him I wiped my finger over the car and it was covered in dust. He said it wasn't their fault therefore I needed to leave. I again asked for a carwash or a refund, and he said I wouldn't get neither. I sat in my car and did not move from the entrance. 5 minutes later he said I was getting a free wash, but that I was banned from the carwash. The free car wash he gave me was the cheapest basoc that still leaves your car wet, not what I had paid for. Second wash and my car was still dirty. I was calm and cordial, it should have never been this horrible experience. If they can't guarantee a clean car then they should not be in the car cleaning business.
