La Cienega Car Wash & Oil Change

I am deeply disappointed by my recent visit to this establishment for an oil change. The mechanic's blatant attempt to pressure me into purchasing a more expensive oil change at a higher price was completely unacceptable. Moreover, his rudeness and snapping at me when I simply requested a call upon completion, as I planned to grab a meal across the street, was utterly uncalled for. The service I received was aggressive, terrible, and far from what one would expect. I ended up going to Valvoline, it had amazing service, they did not try to force me to buy a more expensive oil change and it took half the time!

I recommend this place. They did a wonderful job watching my car. My car was nasty on the outside. They cleaned it really well and did a nice mini detail in the inside. I got everything conditioned in the inside. I will be going back soon

Went in for an Express Wash. $10 is no issue. The issue is that they don’t disclose they don’t vacuum or wipe down the interiors of the windows, or at least failed to do so. My vehicle was also left with fingerprints on the passenger side windows. Honestly if that was the case I would have simply gone to a self serve wash.

Took my car to get washed, have been coming here for a long time since I live in the neighborhood, they did not properly clean, vacuum, or dry the car. I have always recommended everyone this location since the work and price were great but today they really let me down. Inside was not properly wiped down, they didn’t vacuum under the mats, which is a usual for them. They also mentioned that bird poop was “cooked” into the car and that the water stains were not able to be cleaned. For a car wash to tell you that they basically can’t properly wash and clean your car is crazy and obscure. The guy taking the order was very rude, told me I didn’t know what I was talking about since the car was black, and the “cooked” bird poop would damage the car. As someone who works with cars I was just lost for words on how he could say that. I would definitely recommend looking for a different location for your car wash. Especially if you have a black car since they will tell you all sorts of things on why they can’t properly wash your car. Very disappointed.

Best price and beautiful work. Very happy customer. Normally I’m a DIYer, esp with my fam wagon, I love my car. They gave it the TLC she needed in a timely manner, very efficient crew. Will absolutely be a repeat customer as long as I live in West LA. Thank you Team!
