Salon Scissor Hands

Been about 7 years since I've been here and happy they were open for a quick hair cut while in the area. Atmosphere is sorta a nightclub vibe and all the stylists are dressed as if they were going. Ellie was great in accommodating my random haircut request and did it right... And fast ... And awesome! It's just a basic clean up, shampoo, cut, rinse, and style...but there's a small joy in getting a hair cut by someone who is familiar with my hair type... I had a good experience, but I'm certain it'll be different for everyone. It would be intriguing to see what other nationalities outside of Asia would rate this location!

We live about 3.5 hours away and I have been looking for a hairstylist in the Duluth area. A friend of mine recommended Jenny for a haircut and it was the best experience! They washed my hair and did my haircut, style within 40 mins. Jenny was so efficient, quick and detailed! She executed my cut and style I am soooo happy with it I will be a forever customer. Great quality work & service hands down!

I went in as a walk in Saturday November 11th for a money piece and a trim. They usually always do a great job on my trim but she absolutely fried my hair where I asked her to put the money piece. The lady didn’t speak English so there was really nothing I could do she proceeded to add more highlights to the bottom back of my head where no one can see after I told the translator that I didn’t want highlights back there. She didn’t ask where I wanted my part so she just made me a new part that I have to live with for the next 3-4 months. I have so much breakage and she knew she fried it because when she went to straighten the fried hair she would rub some olaplex in it before running the straightener through it….. you’re not supposed to do that… she then proceeded to charge me $200…

Jinju messed up my hair. It was so patchy, gray, and orange. She doesn’t know how to color after trying to fix it. She was very rude and acted like she doesn’t know to speak English. Never will recommend going there. $270 wasted and I had to go to another hair salon to fix her mistakes. See pictures for reference

My hairstylist is Rara. She's the best for haircut. I showed her many pictures and she chose the right one for me. I loves the way she cut my bangs.
