Nail tech was sweet, ill give her that. My pedicure turned out great, no complaints but if your looking for anything other than solids on your fingers, id go else where..on top of that, my nails weren't shaped properly and I wanted almond.. the lady sliced through my finger with her file 3 days before my wedding.. still charged me full price and left acrylic under my nails.. when I asked her to fix it she told me it was glue and it would come off later on with water. Walked out and immediately called another salon to fix my nails.

Erica did a great job on my hair I left very pleased and happy. I will go back and see her again. Thank you Erica for doing a great job today.

Everyone here is great, depending on what you are looking for. I have a particular style I've had for many years that many stylists have had trouble with in the past. Cindy has no problem. She is absolutely the best and definitely knows hair and can figure out anything! In fact, my hair often turns out even better than I had hoped! They have massage chairs for the pedicures and has been a fun treat to do with my mother, daughters, or by myself. The new location is awesome. Definitely worth the drive from Brainerd!

Salon couture is a great place hair and nails. Nice space, good service, always very flexible to help you get the style and color you want! Cindy is very good at listening, and doing the style you want. She very good at all she does at the salon. Erica is also vey good doing my hair . I really like this salon.

My first experience there was great,loved the stylist as well the the atmosphere. I very excited made an appointment for my cut color and highlight touch up for a special occasion. Called over a week in advance for the appointment. Arrived the day of my appointment to find out they had scheduled it for the wrong date. I understand mistakes and everyone makes them. They did nothing to accommodate me. The stylist even came up to the reception area and said to the girl "well I never could have gotten her done in this timeframe anyway" while the owner/manager just stood there. No apology given. So simply put I walked out and went somewhere else. And for all of the good reviews and people I told to give them a try I am sorry! Hope this never happens to anyone else. Clearly customers are not that important .
