Lakes Latte

My drink and our paninis were all most tasty! I especially loved all the plants and the Japanese music.

Had a great experience here and the customer service was excellent. I sometimes have complicated orders and they were really pleasant and receptive. Makes me want to come back! Looks like they have a fun food menu but we just got coffee drinks. Tons of people were here on a Monday morning which means this place is doing something right! Very fun relaxing atmosphere too. I bet it’s very cozy in the winter especially

Took our granddaughters here for lunch today. We've been here before. Walked up to the counter and started to order. Woman held up her hand and said "If you want to order food you HAVE to use a dry erase maker on the menus over there". I had no idea what she meant. We had always ordered at the register. There was no sign/direction that we couldn't just walk up and tell someone our order. We then approached the woman with menu filled out. I said "We would also like. . ." And she said " STOP I'M NOT READY FOR YOUR DRINKS!" Wow. I calmly told her "You really should be nicer to your customers. My girls really want to eat here; I would have just left". She never apologized. Completed the order. Never thanked us. Just tossed a number on the counter and stormed off. Clearly she relayed a different version to her coworkers. A different woman delivered the food and spoke not one word to us. The first lady was short, dark hair and in her 50s. There were about 4 people in there total. With other coffee/breakfast options I would imagine that customer service is the selling point. My family will never go back to Lakes Latte. Kris Dietz

It was my first time there & it's the most spacious coffee shop I've been in. Warm & inviting, plenty of places to enjoy your coffee & pastries. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Their blended coffee was the best! I'll definitely be back.

Fabulous friendly & helpful staff. All homemade from scratch food. The scone was the best I have ever had. Hungarian mushroom & spinach & artichoke soups were unique and oh so good! Almond joy coffee was rich & flavorful.. I will definitely be back.
