Relax Inn Memphis

Hot water was not hot told me I had to let it run for 10 minutes well I guess running it for 30 minutes was not enough. Than the heat did not come on and get warm until I was dress and ready to go. This was part of the road trip gone wrong.....I ????????????

The owner and head housekeeper Ms Mary always take GREAT care of me. I always stay in the Jacuzzi Room.

The hot water takes literally 'ten minutes to "warm" up!

It become's a time when you have to step back and say to yourself this is a place that I invested my money into and I don't want people to come into my establishment and not wanting to return. You have been in business for a very long time. It's time to upgrade and update thing's besides the cable. Call the exterminator to get the roaches out of Room 116 they're everywhere. That's unacceptable, change those dirty curtains and replace them, cut the light on when you clean so you can clean the headboards, invest in pillows, sheet's, comforters, call heaven sent carpet cleaners to come heat steam all your room's. Change the toilet paper out nobody wants to use the previous people toilet paper. This is a place of business to lay down. Make it be one. Just because you're a Motel doesn't exempt you from being on top of this Hotel business.

Staff was cool and straight to the point almost was perfect other then the bathroom was nasty tub looked as nobody cleaned it in days hair and unknown substance on bathroom shower wall and the couch was broken. No bites so that was good I'll stay again just get a better housekeeper
