CUSTOMER REVIEWS
Worst hotel place in Memphis, especially for tourists, the toilets won't stop flushing, bedbugs, the hotel attendants treats you like a criminal and their breakfast area are stupid, I was at the lobby minding my business and the guy who runs the hotel tells me to leave and I'm a customer her for a week. No I don't recommend this place and if you're a tourist or honeymooning be sure to hide your valuables from crooks outside and get the hotel manager to speak English good enough to understand you're a customer who can speak it better than them!
Hotel is nasty, has an odor and bed bugs as well, Both ladies who worked at the front desk were rude and didn't do their job and kept on a crooked wig.
It's really not fair for me to rate this place, I only delivered groceries here before, but I can say that the lady who worked at the desk was nice and friendly. They had like a whole family or 2, I couldn't tell, sitting in the lobby. I don't know what they were waiting on, but they was just sitting, they even greeted me. Police was outside in the parking lot. I don't know what happened, but the actual hotel is very low budget, old, and ran down. It's a place to lay your head when you don't have a place to lay your head that's all I'm going to say.
Stay away! The same cranky old man (receptionist) declined my questions over the phone as to book a room and requested I come in and 'see for myself' . When I arrived, I met a 'flirtatious receptionist'. No discrimination at all , we're both black , I'm a 29 year old woman , he's a late 50-early 60 heavy-set guy. I'm struggling and people say "you get what you pay for" ..well I wouldn't spend another dollar here
Affordable clean room, cheerful staff close to the airport and anything you'd like to eat. Also, 1 and a 1/2 miles away from Elvis Presley's mansion.
