I have been going to Pro-Masters for years. Being a female hard to find an automotive repair shop you can trust. I like Billy he has that southern hospitality. The owner Juan is very professional.

I’m 25. My mom and dad have been going here, and now I’ve began going here. American or foreign. This will give you the best price for labor I’ve noticed among privately owned shops. Juan is a very understanding and reputable master mechanic. And Billy has some extremely vast knowledge and nearly able to pin point problems from the front desk without even getting under the vehicle. If anything at-least get a quote/bring the vehicle for them to look at before going any where else. Great experience. Even though they had a lot of vehicles ahead of mine they still got to me in a timely fashion! Within an hour the problem was diagnosed and a call made to me with options. Unfortunately I couldn't keep my car there due to it needing to go back to the dealership but any future work I need I will be bringing it here! Very impressed and will definitely recommend!
