Beto's X-pert Auto Care

As a female I was dumb founded & confused at the attitudes and treatment I received. Never returning. I usually come to this establishment for my daily oil changes. But once I brought my vehicle here after hitting an item on the highway thinking these individuals were able to repair my car they took hours just to tell me they can not repair it and it requires body work specifically. So after having my car towed here and sitting all day until they called , over the phone I could not quite understand their accents and the information presented to me since I don’t know much about cars. I am a 20 year old female so I believed they could help and the idea of me questioning the owner or really just being confused made him quite irritated. He then proceeded to get loud and told me to leave after i arrived to inquire about the car, as he was unsuccessful at explaining in way where I would understand what was actually wrong. He kicked metal around and yelled causing embarrassment. I will never return, not even for my oil changes of if my tire goes flat! The situation was unnecessary as I was already frustrated about my vehicle.

I arrived at Beta car service at 8:30 am on 6/19/2023. The service that was provided was tire balance alignment. The female manger also stated that I needed a motor mount which was an additional $800.00. The auto workers put 2 tires on my car. I had a test drive with the mechanic before I paid for my services.. My car was shaking so bad the mechanic looked panicked! I informed them to put my original tires back on my car. The female manager tried to charge me an additional $60. 00 for putting tires my original tires back on my car. Beta auto services is does not do a good job of guaranteeing their work or services. The female manager rattles numbers off the top of her head with no proof of cost. Only take your car to Beta if you have money to burn…

I often get used tires here to replace flats, unfortunately, their prices have shot up substantially in short periods of time. Originally i was paying $30-$35 per tire, then they wanted $40 just a month ago, now they want $45 per tire. I'll not be using them again.

I had brakes and rotors for me front and rear axles changed here for my Cadillac CTS Coupe and they did an amazing job! They have great prices also, I'd definitely recommend coming here. They also have great prices on used tires also. The service was quick too!

Totally disappointed with the service they provided, if I called it service. I needed my shift gear replaced, we were told to buy the part and bring it to installed. We bought the part, set up an appointment, took it back and after waiting the service manager comes back and says we can't do the work, we don't have the tools, so take it elsewhere. I would not recommend this business to anyone. And I'm giving it a one Star because the business exists.
