Pretty nails

Everytime I make an appointment here they make u wait up to 40 minutes before actually helping you. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment and 2 other ladies had appointments for the same time but showed up 15 minutes after me and still were still sat before me. I waited 15 minutes before anyone let me sit down and 10 more before someone started working on me. The nails they do are usually fine but I almost never get what I ask for. I’ll show her a picture and she says that she understands but when she started painting she didn’t do it right.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, and I hate doing this, but I wasn’t a fan of my manicure. On one hand, my flowers looked great the other, I’m not sure what it is. My appointment felt very rushed. Granted, yes, I did walk in and got sat quickly, but the service itself was very rushed. There’s glue and polish still left on my fingers as well. I had to run to Walgreens immediately afterward to try and get the glue and polish off my fingers. So unfortunately my experience wasn't great):

Fast service and always do what I ask. I’ve never had an issue with calling to make an appointment or keeping said appointment either. They’ve been my go to for a couple of months now, and I will continue to come back. I’m in and out in less than an hour and I’m always treated well. Edited to add: Pretty Nails is also the only nail salon that has never hurt me/my nails which is saying something cause my fingernails are as brittle as they come… I’ve never been nicked, or had my cuticles cut too short and they don’t file or drill my natural nail down to nothing like others. Overall Pretty Nails, nails it!

Love my nails every single time I go there! I refuse to go anywhere else! Been going for three years now. Pictures show work done the last four times I went. Edited to add: they did not cut my skin my fingers look like that.

Love the vibe in this family owned and operated salon. All the technicians are so efficient and talented. I recommend Pretty Nails 100% of the time.
