Let me tell ya something! This place is amazing. First timer here and wow did they help me order the most amazing burrito. Service was fantastic! The food well get here and try yourself. Today's Best says go for it!

Food was pretty good. People serving were rude and they were out of coffee at 10:30am.

This is only towards the customer service. If a bunch of teenagers are going to be running the front they need someone who is reliable to keep them in line. When we arrived all the employees were sitting down eating that’s fine everyone needs a break. However to sit there and fix your food while you have customers is a bit ridiculous. Why was everyone clocked out at the same time? This was a very disappointing visit for us as barbacoas has amazing food. This visit was on 4/7 around 4pm. Employees cussing in front of customers and ignoring customers?!? We might not be returning after this. Very bad customer service.

The food here is good. I just have had different experiences with how it’s been prepared(portion wise) depending on who makes it. There hasn’t been consistency. I was disappointed in my most recent experience. The person would fill the scoop of an item and then only use half of it in the burrito and said they’d have to charge double when asked if “more beans” (rest of scoop). I will continue to go, but I know at what time of day would be best from experience.

Meh. Very cold and flavorless. Hard tortilla. The preparer of my burrito was scraping the bottom and sides of empty containers to put in my burrito. Blech. Way overpriced. I wish I could get my $20 back.
