Take the extra time and drive to another one. You’ll thank me in the end. They do not give what you pay for. See for yourself in the pics. I mean did someone taste it to make sure it wasn’t poison cause where is the rest of it ??? Then ran my card and told me after the fact they didn’t have something that was $11 worth and then asked me what I wanted them to do??? How about give me my money back…never again.
I wouldn't give it one star but I had to to leave a review! I ordered through drive through at like 11:05 am shortly after opening. I ordered a 6 piece boneless wing with fried pickles and a coke. First response was we don't have fried pickles....OK I got fries instead, second response was were out of biscuits but have strawberry and chocolate biscuits instead. I chose strawberry and was told to pull up to the windows. Git to the windows and paid then waited like 6 min and was told to pull forward and wait. There were no other vehicles in the drive through line and only a couple cars in the parking lot. Pulled forward and waited another 10 min before I backed up back to the drive through window. After about 3 minutes someone bagged up food and handed it to me. I had to ask for the ranch that came with my meal and asked about the biscuit that wasn't in my bag. The employee walked away and came back and said my meal didn't come with one! I didn't want it anyway. 15+ min to wait for 6 boneless chicken nuggets was ridiculous especially since they weren't busy. This is only the second time since I've been since they opened both experiences were not good. Corporate needs to take a visit and evaluate the manager/managers on duty. Pickle glaze was good though!
Don't normally give reviews for fast food joints, but they did provide the food in a timely manner without missing anything. Additionally, they gave me extra wings cause they made too many, so that was a plus. The wide spectrum of service may be indicative of needing better management, but it seems to have improved in the past couple of months.
Do NOT come to this location unless you want to spend the same amount of time waiting for food at an actual restaurant! I come to this location pretty often, and multiple times now I've been told to park to the side after I've been in the drive through. I've had to wait anywhere from fifteen to thirty minutes each time before I've had to go inside and remind someone about my order. This time when I went inside I wasn't even acknowleded. I will never come back to this location and I encourage others to never come back as well.
Ordered a 4 piece all white spicy chicken. Was at this location shortly after they opened. So why does these pieces look like they were previously cooked and refried? Not fresh looking at all. Showed the staff who simply looked dumbfounded. Never again Popeyes!! Update. Well I went back to the Popeyes location in Hope Mills. Ordered 3 piece spicy all white and 3 pieces regular. Upon checkout, I asked the person at the drive thru was my order correct and he laughed and said yes. With that being said, I pulled into parking slot and checked the order. And again the order was completely wrong. I go back inside and explain that the idiot told me the order was correct and he bounced his clown looking self to the front and says he believes his workers. This location is truly a joke!! Never again will I waste my money there!!
