Pho Time

This place was absolutely fantastic. Every part of this place is authentic Vietnamese. No Americanized dishes here. The food was delicious, service was excellent and they were all super friendly. Our waitress even showed us how to properly eat our food. Best Vietnamese food in Alabama.

If you like pho it tastes like someone's Vietnamese grandma is back in the kitchen.

The Vietnamese spring rolls are so good with the peanut dipping sauce. Pho was delicious with the beef and noodles and the add-on plate. Make it to your taste. And that hot oil chili is on ????! I love heat, and that was my level of fire!

To those of you making reviews: the food here is delicious and sized appropriately (actually very large portion) for what you order. If your looking for free food you better find a church. Sick of people giving bad reviews when they deserve so much better I have eaten pho all over the US and this is one of the best.

The Pho is very good. Broth is smooth and has a nice nutmeg finish. Of course, the veggie add in are all fresh and add extra flavor. Its good to see a gem like this in this area. Was here for dinner, and from order to eating was maybe 10 minutes. I don't know about lunch, but luckily ill be back there to try it. If you want a good, fairly priced, delicious meal, this is the spot.
