Delicious pulled pork sandwich. And the sauce is unreal. Big Daddy takes pride in his secret sauce recipe and he’ll tell you all about it. He and his wife are a staple in the community. Great BBQ and family atmosphere! I’ll be back for the ribs!

While searching for quality BBQ in the area around Ft Rucker this fine establishment popped up on my Google search. From the second I saw the building in the search it screamed BBQ to me. The atmosphere inside was simple and decorated with many pictures of service members from Ft Rucker. The hostess/waitress was very kind and attentive. She provided us with all the sweet tea we could drink. The BBQ was great, you could tell that it was cooked by someone who mastered the craft of BBQ. Not over seasoned and perfectly smokey. The pulled pork was tender and moist and married very well with offered sauces. The chicken plate came as two chicken quarters again seasoned very well and perfectly smoked. The best part of the meal were the pork ribs. They were individually cut which made for easy eating and the dry rub was fantastic. They were juicy and tender with just the right amount of fatty rib goodness. They were amazing with or without sauce. The sides we chose were both beans and coleslaw both of which were great. This place was a hidden treasure for us traveling a long way from home. Big Daddy himself was in the kitchen and was very friendly and appreciative of our buisness. We promised to tell our friends about him and his great little BBQ joint. I'm very glad we were able to find it and if I ever find myself in the area again I will definitely visit.

I went to Enterprise for family and I said I wanted some good food and they me on over to Big Daddy's and from opening the door I felt welcomed. I was greeted with smile and seated there after there's was no wait for Big Daddys ribs on this day it was my lucky day . I place my order had some lemonade and next thing I knew I was smacking my lips around a Big Daddy ribs, and when I say cooked to perfect and melt in your mouth watering ribs I mean it in everyway. You'd be robbing yourself of a great meal and experience if you came to Enterprise and didn't stop into try Big Daddy's. I enjoyed my whole meal and the sauce the sauce mild or hot is delicious, I had the pleasure of enjoying my meal and being able to get a picture in with the famous Big Daddy and his staff, also learing that for 25 years they've gave a toy drive for the community with an article posted in the local paper (got mines signed) lol it was truly my pleasure I felt so welcomed. I highly recommend this place for the food the service and the would experience. Make sure you say Jersey sent yah ????

Maaaannnnn let me tell you. This barbecue was sent from the bbq gods. If you haven’t had this, you’re missing out. Just an overall amazing restaurant with friendly service. I highly recommend. The baked beans is absolutely my favorite. I would post a picture but I’m almost done with all of my food. Shoot I might still post a picture. I’m usually not a big bbq fan. But by golly, this is amazing.

My review is about 3 weeks late, but I love that place. The atmosphere was very welcoming and people there was super nice. The food was great even eating it about 40 minutes later. Nothing bad to say about this place. Also the place was very clean. I highly recommend.
