Fresh shrimp rolls & combo beef noodle soup are delicious & fresh

Came in for lunch and were seated right away. The table was clean, not sticky like alot of places. We started with Gòi Cuòn the shrimp spring rolls, these were so fresh and the peanut sauce was really good and nice and thick. Then we ordered the Phó Tái Chín with rare beef & brisket, the broth was really good. Also had the Bún Chá Giò with egg rolls, this was also delish, one of my faves. There are many items on the menu to choose from. Service was ok, i think they could do better checking if customers need a fill up on drinks or see if anything else was needed. Not just looking at them from behind the cashier's counter. The restaurant is clean and nice ambiance.

Perhaps my batch was unfortunate and came out unlucky. But my particular bowl was just mediocre. The soup was quite flavorless and the noodles were already disintegrating when I first touched them. The meatballs had a little bit of chew and had some flavors so it was alright, although it was filled with peppers. The chili oil was, unique I guess, not good, not bad. The only thing I actually liked in this was the price. Around 2 dollars cheaper than most places. My co-worker recommended this place to me saying it was the "best pho in the bay". He is sadly mistaken.

Amazing restaurant with great food, and friendly service. Family owned, they’re very welcoming and takes care of me very well when I’m there. The Bun Bo Hue is their speciality and it is scrumptious. For the drinks, I love the mango smoothie and thai tea. I always leave feeling satisfied and happy.

Service was prompt and food came out even quicker. The Bun Bo Hue was on point and the spice level was well done, enough to make me choke on the first sip (this is a good thing)
