Paris Nail

I think they are using fake gel Polish, My nails chipped within 2 to 3 days and this is the second time and when I bought it to the owners attention, he treated me bad and didn’t want Polish my nails over. I don’t wanna go back and tell them about the polish because of the way I was treated the first time.

I called and asked if they could get me In and they said yes. I walked in and was Immediately sat down and they started working on my nails. The guy that did my nails did a very nice job I just had a few things I didn't like. When filing my nails he kept getting the sides of my fingers and it hurt! The other thing is and Its not really their fault is I wish they understood me better when talking to them. I got nail art on my ring fingers. He did the first one and then when doing the second one I noticed it was pointing the same way as the first one. So I explained the problem, he clearly didn't understand because he took it off and put it right back on the same way. He was very fast but I really appreciated that because I hate sitting there forever! Also I took forever to pick a color, I am so indicisive and I never felt rushed like other places. I loved the way my nails came out. After reading other people's reviews just now though I am horrified to go back!

Got my nails my own nails first she cut my finger with that little drill to get polish off, she polished my nails left some of my old polish under my nails, she goes to file my nails some are pointed and some are round never again will I go there and when I told the owner he got mad at me for bringing it to his attention. I feel he should have made it right and to keep me as a customer offer me at least a coupon to use on my next visit. But no he was so nasty to me.

After 3 long years of coming here and not seeing what people were speaking about I’ve finally got hit with the worst customer service ever and yes my punkself cried cause that hurt just wanted to know the pricing so my boyfriend could pay upfront and got nothing but attitude after that I gave them 3 chances to at least fix the attitude and the way they spoke to me but after they were rude to my boyfriend i decided it was best for me to leave

These are the most racist nail salon in the city. 3 hours before closing they decided that the black women waiting couldn't get their nail done. After over a year of repeat Business!!!!! The reason from the owner was there is not enough time ????. There was a white woman sitting there and they didn't ask her to leave an another came after me. That woman was told to come back at 6:15 pm for a fill and eyebrows. Which is what I was waiting for. I came in and simply explained I would wait was told ok. Then the owner asked me to leave after I waited 30 minutes. Because it was new years (12/30/22) they can't help me today. Please if your a person of color I hope you will consider going some place else. I was completely singled out and embarrassed in front of everyone. Horrible place ????!!!
