Apple Nails

I recently visited apple nails for a nail service, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. During the service, I found the nail technician to be rushed and inattentive. They seemed disinterested in providing quality care and paid little attention to detail. My nails were left uneven and poorly painted, with smudges and streaks evident. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. I expected better service and professionalism from apple nails.

I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and this is the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Slow. Messy. Painful. Everybody was very rude. When they were filing the gel off my nails with the machine, they went too aggressively and filed past the polish and actually filed my nail. They were using a very sharp tip. It was hurting me when they did it. It was making my nail peel and flake. My nail bed was very bumpy when they were done. Then when they went to put on the polish, they put it on very haphazardly. The polish did not go all the way to the bottom of my nails, and did not go to the sides. It was asymmetric and a streaky. There were blank spots, and the polish line was not smooth or flesh with my skin. When I asked them, if they could try cleaning it up, they told me it would be straightened out on the second coat. Once the second coat was put on the same problem existed. I asked them if they could be more careful in making sure to include the edges, and they told me that they were unable to get the sides of my nails given the shape of my nail bed. I have never been told this before. There is more polish on my skin than where I wanted it. The edges are look very unfinished. It was as if they were brushing everything I told them off. The patron next to me also told them it was hurting her when they were doing her manicure. They told her that they were going to pick the shape of her nail and would not accommodate her requests.

In February I was a first time lash extension girl, and now I’m hooked! Jane at Apple Nails is exceptional. My lashes were always semi long but blonde and hard to see without a lot of mascara. I also hate dealing with lash glue and putting on falsies. I love my lash extensions so much. Ask for Jane, you won’t regret it!

Clean & Friendly They do good work.

My first experience with the guy was great, he took his time and took well care of my hands and feet. The designs I choice came out well. I will rate him a 4.5. But when it was time to get my nails removed, the lady tht was removing it made it painful experience for me. She didn’t use no type of alcohol to remove it, instead she used the nail clippers to pull off the fake nails I had on. My thumb was bleeding ???? and she refused to give me discount. She didn’t even take the time to make my nails look right nd took $30 from me.????
