I usually go here every time I need my nails done. I am very disappointed with my service. My skin is literally ripped off above my nail bed. It’s still bleeding days after my appointment and it’s chipping already. If you’re going to make this big of mistake and harm your clients you should at least offer a discount on the service. Extremely disappointing and a waste of money.

Omg! I just came from this place...A pre Mother's Day gift that ended in disaster. The owner let her 18 yo daughter do my toenails. They are going in ten different directions. Then she had someone else try to fix them which was even worse. They took my $50 though as I don't want to be another black woman arguing with an Asian. I will never go there again. My plans are ruined. I can't go outside like this n I had the nerve to wear flip flops in. I could not wait to get to my car. Poor customer service n greedy for money. NEVER AGAIN. Oh and I was going to get my nails done but changed my whole mind.

Spent $61 for a gel pedicure. Got back to my hotel and one toe had already peeled off. I inspected the rest and the gel never cured and they all just peeled off. Unfortunately had to do my own due to being out of town and needing to be on the road.

$60 for a rushed job on both my pedicure and manicure a normal Mani and Pedi not spa not gel nothing special! Waste of money, he (#9) didn't even clean up when my cuticles well and was very sloppy while applying nail polish. He seemed very upset that I didn't not want gel..not everyone likes the UV lamps. For what you pay you expect more. Glad I don't live out that way and will now have to go to my place for a nail polish change on my toes as they are so bad!!

Not sure the name of who did my nails they were very nice and friendly, but very rushed. Skipped multiple parts of the normal process. Used drill on my skin multiple times and in place of other steps again for quickness. Nails are chipped and uneven. Polish starting chipping as soon as I got home. Uneven polish job. I’ve never had this bad of a job done on my nails before and I’m really not a picky person. Thumb is completely chipped as well.
