Owl Haven Inn

After a twelve year absence, we finally made it back to Stockton Lake. No question we had to continue tradition with an Owl Haven stay. Did not disappoint. New owners, Chris and Sara, are doing a great job. Room was clean and comfortable. Always love having the full kitchen. Great pool for everyone as well. Highly recommend! Keep up the good work!

Comfortable place to stay. Had a coffee machine in the room. My wife and I had coffee together and read together at the table before watching a movie and going to bed. We would like to have had curtains on the front door. They had a nice double door entry with mini blinds, but did not provide full privacy since you could see through the cracks and edges especially when the lights were on. Overall, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

Working in the area and stayed at the Owl Haven on two separate occasions. The hotel is clean, not expensive, and very quiet. I couldn't believe how clean the rooms were. My room had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a small sink for washing dishes. The new owners have done a wonderful job of improving the property. Don't forget to go to the Squeeze Inn, have a Squeeze burger, and count the gnomes.

We go to Stockton for our Family Reunion each year. It is also Walnut Festival Weekend. We have stayed here all but 1 year and we are glad we went back. It has changed owners. Chris took excellent care of us . The pool was open and clean. My grandkids had a blast. Spacious rooms. Appliances and kitchen utensils, dishes etc all supplied! Found out as we were leaving that Chris and his wife are the new owners! I thought he was an awesome employee to begin with. We will be going back!!

Couldn't get wifi to work. The coffee pot had to be placed on floor to plug it in. No cream and sugar. One bed had very wrinkly sheets hanging out from under bedspread. Had to wonder if they were clean?? Its been awhile since I had stayed here. It use to be very well kept.i probably won't stay again. Sorry.
