Bella Vista Inn

Wonderful staff. The lady at the front desk tried very hard to get me a room type I requested. Travelling alone with two dogs it becomes difficult packing crates up the stairs - so I tried to get rooms on the main floor. It took her some time but she was able to do that for me. For a Motel 6 and a very fair price this room was really good. It was clean with comfortable beds. The pillows were very hard - but ok. Great water pressure and good drainage in the sink. Parking was horrible I had to drive around for about half an hour before I was able to find a parking spot close to my room for unloading - but that is the only negative that I have about this motel. I would definitely stay here again

I checked in fairly late, but arrived to a clean room located in a good space. I was surrounded by shopping and restaurants. I did encounter a couple of issues. First, my room was not equipped with many towels. I had a king size room that had 2 body towels but only 1 face towel and 1 hand towel. Luckily I always pack one for my makeup. The real issue came when it was time to shower. I ran the water waiting for it to heat up to realize I was turning it the wrong direction (although based on the writing I was turning it in the correct direction). When I realized what the problem was, I turned it in the other direction and only got a trickle. I wiggles the nozzle back and forth and then turned on the shower nozzle expecting the stream to get stronger. That was not the case. Because it was later and I was tired I didn’t want to worry too much about it. But the following morning’s shower was not a good one for neither of us. I reported the issue to the front desk but they didn’t seem too concerned, nor did the young lady write any information regarding the room number. I thought maybe she works offer a break in cost or at least get maintenance to take care of the issue. My guess is that I am not the foray person to make this complaint...

Not a good experience at all. I thought having no extra pillows, loose toliet seats, stained towels, remote not working and still even after changing the batteries , burn hole in blanket was bad but what did it for me and put the icing the cake was there were roaches. They started coming out crawling at night. After I seen that I was outta there. There was no way I would be able to sleep there. I arrived at 3:00pm and left at 11:30pm. Very disappointed.

We stayed I a suite for two nights. The room wasn't cleaned out before we got it. There was good on the floor, cockroaches and cockroach carcasses on the floor. I used all the towels and a bottle of Lysol to clean the room, it was so dirty the towels were black and they charged me for the towels. They finally gave us more towels after asking for more for over 24 hrs. The people in the office we completely rude and acted like i was bugging them even when I went in trying to be nice. Worst experience ever, save your money and go somewhere else.

The receptionist was nice and friendly. The bed was soft and cozy. The room looked like it needed some more cleaning. Would have been nice, if we were able to get another pillow for the both of us. The ice machine didn't work. It would spit out 1-2 ice cubes every 2 minutes.
